(a) 16 scalloped sides make up this base. Flat bottom. (b) Top has oval finial. Slightly domed oval top. While these two pieces came in together, they were most likely married together at one point. Oval top does not fit into unusually shaped base very well. They were numbered together since they were in use together before coming to the museum.Lexicon
