Cylindrical silver plate spoon holder. Top edge has gadrooned applied lip. Body has pierced diamond pattern and a solid band of silver plate around it (potentially a place where it could have been engraved). Cup is soldered to its base which is a three-beveled stand with a matching ring of gadrooned band along the bottom outer edge.
