Context
Some of the pre 1968 amalgamation police forces in Sussex had their own magazines, including West Sussex Constabulary and Hastings Borough Police. Sussex Constabulary/Sussex Police followed this tradition by producing a monthly internal free "Patrol" magazine for many years from 1968 until the 2000s when it was withdrawn as a result of cost cutting. In more recent years it was brought back as a quarterly publication of which this is the June 2015 edition.
