Harry Cusack stands atop the flume leading from the upper falls of the Deschutes River to the Olympia Light and Power Company's powerhouse at the base of the lower falls. Sections of the metal flume were riveted together. The 90-foot vertical stand pipe entering the powerhouse can be seen in the background.Name/Title
