The building was located between Olympia Avenue and State Street on Capitol Way. On left is Young Hotel." Caption is wrong on date; first legislature was held in 1854. The building was then known as the Parker & Colter Building (mercantile and express business run by John G. Parker and Henry Colter). Later, building became the Gold Bar Restaurant.Name/Title
