Single page folded in half to create four pages of correspondence. The first page has a large red and blue stamp of two hands shaking in front of "The Constitution" and an American flag. Behind the hands are a number of stars and what looks like an axe and maybe a bunch of sticks. The letter is addressed "Camp Washburn, Milwaukee, Feb the 12. Dear friend". The writer is well, but a fellow soldier is going to be discharged because he is sick and unable to serve but he wants to go. It is signed "Good by at preasant, yours with respect, LFW".Collection
