Phibodaux La Dec 15th 1864, Dear Cousin" and is signed "My kind regards to all the folks, Truely Your affectionate Cousin, Isaac LaGrange, Co C 18th, N. Y. Cavalry, Dept of the Gulf, New Orleans, La". Talks about the death of someone when he was gone, how there isn't much duty right now, and talks about gains in New Jersey and New York.Collection
