Two sheets of paper with four pages of handwritten notes in pencil. The two sheets have Creeklyn Creamery letterhead on one side. The notes talk about the first doctor (Lorenzo D Dick), it lists the peacemakers that moved to Wisconsin, there are dates and events that mirror those found in other lists looking at the years 1830s-1850s. The last page of notes has three dates 1837, 1839, and 1840 and ends with "Pequot Thos Commuck".Collection
