Typed on the back it reads "P66-400-3160 A Bottle Hollow Ground-breaking Ceremony--Bonneville Unit--Central Utah Project, Utah. Commissioner Robert L. Bennett of the Bureau of Indian Affairs of Washington, D.C., was the main speaker at the ground-breaking ceremonies for the Ute Indian Tribe's Bottle Hollow complex to be constructed on the north shore of the Bottle Hollow Reservoir about 6 miles east of Roosevelt, Utah. He commended the Indians for their planning on this project and said that the future of the Indians depends on developing businesses of this nature employing Indian people. 6/11/68 Bureau of Reclamation, photo by Mel Davis."
