Bennett of the Bureau of Indian Affairs of Washington, D.C., was the main speaker at the ground-breaking ceremonies for the Ute Indian Tribe's Bottle Hollow complex to be constructed on the north shore of the Bottle Hollow Reservoir about 6 miles east of Roosevelt, Utah.
