Single sheet of paper folded in half to create four pages of correspondence. There is a large stamp on the first page at the top in red and blue of a man (McClellan) encircled in US flags and starred banners with an eagle at the top and "E Pluribus Unum". It is addressed "Milwaukee March 7th /62, Friend Abba" and is signed "from O. Dick". He is writing one last time while in Wisconsin because the regiment is suppose to move, but wont until they get paid.Collection
