Black and white postcard of a class of students with one female teacher standing to their right (left on postcard). The teacher is wearing a dark, long sleeved dress, with a white kerchief around her neck. The sleeves of her dress are rolled up. The students range in age from around 6 or 7 to early teens. The girls are mostly standing to the left and the boys on the right. One small boy in the front is holding a chalk board that reads "Brothertown Dist No. 2". They are standing in front of a building with light siding and matching colored wood shutters. At the bottom of the postcard in white lettering reads "School at Brothertown Wisconsin" and in the bottom right corner is a NPC 2 stamp, NPC is in a circle and 2 is underneath the circle.
