Single sheet of paper folded in half to create four pages of correspondence. The letter is addressed "Brothertown May 28th 1863, F. Gale". It talks about trying to sell a lot on behalf of Frederick Gale, but the buyer doesn't want to because of a judgment against him and the lot as well as unpaid taxes. The writer is trying to settle all of this and sell it to another person. There was a deed included in a previous letter. It is signed I remane [sic] yours O.D Fowler, Brothertown".Collection
