Single sheet of typed correspondence in blue ink on Milo B. Stevens Company, Solicitors of Claims and Patents letterhead. The letter is addressed to Mr. Milton Sprague, Brothertown, Wis. on September 25, 1901. The letter informs Sprague that he is not eligible for an increase of pension because he is receiving the full amount for disability pension and the recent act that raises some is for Service Pensions, not disability pensions. It does offer to apply for a service pension instead and then immediately apply for the increase on his behalf (for a fee). It is signed by Milo B. Stevens and Co.Collection
