Official document-indenture. Single sided (no cover page) of paper that reads "This indenture made the twelfth day of Oct. 1869 between the Trustees of the M.E. Church of Brothertown Calumet in parties of the first part and Lowell H. Waffle party of the second part. This is a lease for seat no. 8 in the church. It is signed at the bottom by David Wiggins, L.S. Fowler, E.D. Shipman, O.-. Johnson, and L. Murdock, dated at Brothertown Wis. Oct 12th 1869. The only thing written on the back is "Church pew-1869" in another handwriting (most likely Heller's).
