Scope and Content

Two page correspondence on blue paper. The two pages are still connected to each other and there are four pages of content written in black ink in cursive. The letter is addressed "London the 26th of February 1858. My Dear Son". The letter is in response to a previous letter where the son informs the parent of a woman he has met and possibly married. This letter talks about how they hope they didn't marry the woman without acquainting her with his family first. It asks him (Tom) to come to London to visit this summer and finishes by talking about the many young men who are being recruited into the British army. The letter is signed "I remain your affectionate Father, G. Keevie".
