Porcelain plate with gold trim and an image of the stone church (Holy Apostles) in a red tint in the center. The bottom reads "Holy Apostles Episcopal Church, Founded 1702 Relocated 1822, Oneida, Wisconsin". The back has text in the same reddish tint that reads "The first party of Oneidas moved to Wisconsin in 1822. In 1825 a log church was built. It was named Hobart Church after Bishop Hobart of New York. In 1825 a log church was finished. In 1870 the Oneidas started plans and quarring stone for the new church, which was completed in 1895. The church was destroyed by fire July 17, 1920 and later restored to the present building".
