Single page correspondence on Office of Henry M. Gitt, (eighteen years an attorney in claims at Washington.) Original and increase pension claims a specialty, no. 1305 E Street, N.W., P.O. Box 668 letterhead. There is a list of references in the top left corner. The letter is addressed to E.M. Dick Esq. and dated Oct. 19, 1887. It asks Dick to fill out the declaration enclosed (BC2010.022.755) in detail and return it to Gitt because he believes he can secure his pension for him. The letter has the original envelope it came in plus another envelope to send in the declaration.
