The photograph is glued to a piece of cardboard that has been cut to have rounded top corners. The back of the photograph reads "--- Mick" written at the top and "W.M. Elrod, Excelsior Gallery, No. 321 Market St., BE- Third & Fourth, South Side, Louisville". The photograph came in an envelope marked "Steve Mick, #69". This is most likely O.E. Heller's organization system.
