Tintype of two men sitting with the legs crossed in suits and bow ties. The man on the left is holding a hand of cards, fanned out, and facing the camera. The man on the right is holding a violin and bow. The tintype is framed in a latched book with a gold metal decorative frame around the image. The outside of the book (the cover) is of a bouquet of flowers in a circle and flourishes in each of the corners. It is a brown color. The tintype was housed in a brown colored envelope with "Syman P Fowler with violin" and #43. This is most likely O.E. Heller's organization system.
The back cover of the book is missing and the front and binding are worn. There are two spots, one to the left of each man's head on the tintype.Photograph Details
