Two page correspondence written on a single sheet of blue paper in what is now a brown colored ink. The letter is addressed "Henriette Feb 28th 1851, Dear Brother and Sister". It talks about the death of her child at the age of 13 from dysentery. She also talks about the rest of her children that range from 19 to 10 yo, both boys and girls. It is signed "Affectionate Sister, Nancy Patrick, Joe R Waffle". Written upside down at the bottom of the second page in a different pen and hand is "When if this you see, rember me. Frank Hubbard, Brownvill jeff, Nya".Collection
