Typed and taped to the bottom of the photo "Simplot Gay Mine educational meeting, tour, demonstration, Portland area, 6-13-68. Reservation tour for Commissioner Robert L. Bennett, Wilford Peyope, John Sutphin, Irrigation Engineer, Left. Raymond George, Council Member in Background". Not every one is named and it isn't completely clear which individuals are attached to the names provided.
