"Limminent Receipt" is written on the back of this 1/4 sheet of paper that has been folded into quarters. On the front is what looks like a recipe that reads Oil of Hemlock 2 oz Oil of Cedar 2 oz Oil of Origanum 2 oz Tincture of Gum Myrrh 2 oz Spirits of Amonia 2 oz Gum camphor 1 oz Alcohol 1 pt Liminent of Dr. H. Fowler's The top half of the back is badly discolored and dirty.
