Single page correspondence on Department of the Interior, Bureau of Pensions letterhead. It is addressed on Sept. 20, 1889 and informs whomever that Edward M. Dick's claim for a pension increase (No. 15128) has been denied because he is already receiving the full amount of pension he is entitled to under the law for the disability resulting from gunshot wound of right hand. It is signed with a stamp of the Commissioner's signature in blue ink.
