Scope and Content

Single page, folded in half for four pages of correspondence. The first page has a large stamp at the top that is brown, red, and blue. It is of a woman riding a flying eagle and carrying the US flag with a banner that reads "Onward to victory". The letter is addressed "Camp Washburn, Milwaukee March 1st, 62. Cousin Abba" and is signed "LMJ". It is hard to read for content.
