7 sheets of hand written notes in pencil in narrative form. Each page used to be bound in a blue construction paper tablet included in the accession but are now stand alone sheets. Each page is numbered in the center of the top margin. The first page begins "The history of the county lying east of Lake Winnebago prior to the 19th century was uneventful as it was not used for the permanent home of any tribe of Indians". It then goes to New England and starts the history of the Brothertown. The ink changes on the last page to black and reads "This is the history of one of the most outstanding tribes of Indians of the United States, not in the way of War but in that of Peace. What greater can be paid to them, then that a park be established in their names as a living memorial."Collection
