Four page correspondence on a single sheet of paper folded. The letter is addressed "Junes-- Dec the 13th /64, My litle Neese Charlott" and is signed on the fourth page "I remain yours, W M Johnson, my respects to yourself and all inquiring friends". The letter is written in a brown ink. Difficult to read for content.
BC2010.022.522B is the envelope the letter was in that is addressed to " Mr. N.C. Dick, Brothertown, Calumet C., Wisconsin" and in blue ink "D. Mr. N S" is written on the front and "Grace Dick, Grace, D, Grace Dick" is written in blue ink on the back of the envelope. Unsure if this envelope goes with this letter because addressed differently, but it was in the same preservation sleeve. Matches BC2010.022.524 better.Collection
