Four pages of writing. Each page only has writing on one side. It appears to be a speech that starts "Ladies and Gentlemen, Bro and Sis, It becomes my duty to offer you a few remarks at this time..." It was given on the 19th anniversary of the Union lodge. There appears to be pages missing because page 4 ends in the middle of a sentence.
The pages have been stained, the worst is on page 4 in the middle and each page has stains in the top right corners. They have been folded and are discolored. Some of the corners are folded as well, especially the bottom left corner on page 4. There are jagged edges on each of them which makes it seem as if it was cut to be smaller.Collection
