Five sheets of paper in a booklet form with six pages of content: first four only have writing on the front and the last page has writing on both sides, all in pencil. Each page has a printed letterhead in black ink that has two square boxes, one on either side of the "Office of J.W. Parkinson, Jericho, Wis." letterhead. The left box says "Agent for Pensions, Bounties, and Commutation of Rations" and the right box says "Notary Public, Conveyancer, and General Collection Agent." Written in the pencil just below the middle letterhead, written in pencil is "L.H. Waffle, -- Sept 26, 1891" and the list has a series of names and prices next to them. The back of page five has a number of notes and writings from different people. The center is crossed off but was more names. Looking at the center section straight up, the right section is a series of numbers written in pencil upside down and the left section is written sideways and includes two different notes. The first note is written in pencil and is another name, date, and item plus cost. The second note is written in black ink written by O.E. Heller in 1950 and reads "Auction-Sept. 26-1891, L.H. Waffle".Collection
