Four pages of lined paper. Two of the pages have writing in a mix of black and blue ink. The front page has a drawing at the top of "Benton Barracks from South East" and depicts a large two story building with the American flag on top. There are rows of soldiers and cavalry along with what seems to be spectators in horse drawn carriages and nice clothes. The letter is addressed "Camp Benton, April 30th /62. Well friend Abba" and is signed "Truly yours S. Skeesuck". The second page only has a few lines of writing in the middle of the page and the last two pages (single sheet) are blank.Collection
