Description

Colored photos taped to a sheet of paper. The sheet of paper has a heading that reads "Mr. Robert L. Bennett, Commissioner, Bureau of Indian Affairs. 14 May 69" and at the bottom reads "Wherever you may go, whatever you may do, may the Great Spirit guide and bless you. Sincerely, Wahpeton Indian Club, Edward Arkinson, President". The two photos are of a group of kids dressed in Native style clothing (headdresses, headbands with a feather, buckskin, etc.). The top photo is of them outside taking a picture with a banner of feathers in the front. The bottom photo is of four kids on stage while the rest are on the floor in front. The four on stage all have their right arms reaching up and looking to the right.
