Black and white photograph of five older individuals sitting on wood chairs outside. Behind them is a wood picket fence. From left to right: male sitting with his ankles crossed in front of him. He is holding his hat in his right hand and is wearing slacks and a suit jacket. Female wearing a circle patterned dress (Louise Fowler) and a sweater. Her hands are clasped in her lap. Male resting his arms on the chair's armrests. He is wearing a button up shirt and jacket. He is holding something (possibly a fabric hat) in his left hand. Female wearing a floral patterned dress and light nylons. Her hands are clasped in her lap and her ankles are crossed in front of her. Female wearing a light colored dress and a long coat with a fur collar (Frances Hammer). Her hands are clasped in her lap and her ankles are crossed beneath her. Written in black ink on the back "The old Simers (timers?), John Hammer 83, Louise Fowler 79, Heiam (possibly Heram?) Johnson 80, Lera? Kindness74, Frances Hammer 82, Aug 19, 1934." In a different black ink next to each age are death years 1944, 1935, 1934, 1936,1943 (respectively). Written in the bottom corner is "O.E. Heller".
