By Walter Balfour. Charlestown (Ms.) George Davidson, Printer. 1826. Written in pencil on the first page, opposite the inside front cover is "--Dick's Book. Brothertown, Oneida County, State of New York." It is a leather bound book with a red label on the spine that reads Balfours 2D Inquiry. There is extensive insect damage through the spine and through multiple pages in the book. The cover has also been eaten along the bottom edge, near the top left corner and the top right corner. The book is worn and the covers are detaching from the spine. There is also a large tear on the back cover, unsure if it is also insect damage, it looks like it.Collection
