Skenandore, Cecil James Born 09/05/1943 in Milwaukee Parents: Cecil Skenandore & Ruth (House) Skenandore 1956-57 they got running water in their house. He was in the Navy. After he got out of the Navy, in 1968, he got into an accident and spent nine months in the hospital and a year and a half in a rehab place, learning how to walk and stuff.
