Her dad was about 6 feet 1 inch tall, with a handle bar Mustache coal black hair and a red mustache. Her parents have 4 boys and 4 girls, and then they had a little boy. The father was responsible for the boys and the mother was responsible for the girls. Her father very seldom spoke to the girl’s. Her parents would talk Oneida language but they didn’t teach their kids to speak Oneida. Her mother went to Carlisle and graduated from there. Her father went as far as 4 grades. Her father moved them around a lot. They mostly lived in Tigerton and Bowler. Her mother was only 4 foot 10 inches and likes to read. She did all the cooking. Her father s dad lived by De Pere and her grandmother worked in Stores or doctor offices. She wanted to go to Haskell but, wasn’t in good health. So I went to UWM. I got married young she said that was a bad 4 years mistake. Then I went to Detroit to work but I don’t remember the name of the Company. Then I went back to Tigerton to be with my mother and father. But in June her mother passes away. And I didn’t go anywhere until January. I got married to Fay Butler; I was married to him for 43 years. He was a truck driver; he didn’t want her to work. They had 26 Foster children. She lives in Green Bay. I’m working at the false grandparent’s sponsor by ETL out of Lac Du Flandreau; I’m working with Kindergarten group.
