Went to school at Chicago Corners and Silver Summit. I graduated the 8th grade from Chicago Corners School. Father worked in some Government Plant in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Teacher use to give her ride to Appleton to work. I ended up going to a Foster Home in Green Bay. Graduated from Green Bay West High. Got married and had 2 children. I work at the New Casino now. Always had a warning sign about something bad happening to their family. I can speak a little Oneida language. Christmas wasn’t what it is now, but they had a tree and stuff. Fathers’ mother lived with them for a while and helped mother sew and baked. Use to dress up real warm and go Hooraying, come back home and share with the little ones, that couldn’t go out. Don’t have a car, but we have 2 big horses. Both parents belonged to the Holy Apostles Church. Father was involved in the Tribal Government at one time, but don’t remember what it was. There have been a lot of changes, since she was a little girl.
