Rangel, Victoria Margaret (Patterson) Born 07/22/1949 in Los Angeles, CA Parents: Frank Samuel Patterson & Lorraine Powless Maternal grandparents: Margaret Stevens Powless and Mark Powless Jr. Victoria never knew her real father. Her mother brought her back to Oneida when she was only 15 months old. She graduated in June of 1967. She married in 1969 and has 3 children. She has one girl and two boys. She worked at Briggs and Stratten until her husband came home from Vietnam. She also works for her uncle Herb Powless in Drug and Alcohol Counseling Program in Milwaukee.Recording Type
