Official document (copy)-Affidavit. Copy of Elias Dick Affidavit pertaining to the estate of Thomas Tokes. There are additional notes in another hand under the cover page title discussing lineage of the Dick and Fowler families. The document starts "State of Wisconsin, County of Fond du Lac. To whom it may concern Elias Dick being duly sworn deposes and says that he is a resident of the town of Brothertown County of Calumet..." It outlines how Elias Dick knew Thomas Tokes and concludes by stating he has no interest in the claim. It is signed August 21 1900.
