Four pages of correspondence on a single sheet of folded paper. The letter is addressed "June 23/1864, Dear Wifey" and is signed "Write soon from Tho J. Keevill, Marine Hospital, St. Lewis [isc], Mo. I am well for me" and at the bottom of the last page in a scribbled circle is "Tho J. Keevill, Live in Brothertown." The letter talks about how his doctor is on furlow [sic[ and he will ask for one when his doctor gets back before joining his regiment in New Orleans.Collection
