Half sheet of paper with hand written notice in black ink that states "Nov. 11th 1852 resolved that the county treasurer be authorised to notice Bradly Webster to redeliver the tax deed on Lots No. 1&2...and said treasurer pay back the purchase money on the same with interest at seven per cent and the treasurer deliver said deed to be canceled at the next session of the county --motion -- Clerks Office, Stockbridge Nov. 11th 1852".
