Four pages of correspondence on two separate pieces of paper. The first page (BC2010.022.614A) is addressed "Colby Jan 23rd, 1898, Dear Sister" and it talks about how the writer is not well and about the health of others. Page two of correspondence is on the back of this first page and starts "all down to their place it is the first time..." The second sheet of paper (BC2010.022.614B) starts page three of the correspondence and reads "I will tell you how it was about Clay's boys picture..." and talks about getting Oscar's picture taken and sending three of the six pictures to relatives. The fourth page of correspondence is on the back of the third page (BC2010.022.614B) and written upside down. It has the signature at the bottom that reads "Well good bye for this time regards to all, P.J. Johnson".
BC2010.022.614C is the envelope the letter was contained in. It is addressed to "Agnes L. Fowler, Brothertown, Calumet Co., Wis" and has a 2 cent stamp on it.Collection
