Oversized official document-Warranty Deed. The cover reads "JH Haight and Sarah his wife to L.H Waffle Cemetery Lot No. 55" but this appears to be written in O.E. Heller's hand writing in 1950. At the bottom of this cover page is the year 1891. The penmanship that fills out the form is different from the cover and places this warranty deed on August 26th, 1891 between JH Haight and Sarah his wife of Brothertown and L.H. Waffle of Brothertown.
