This is a color video recording of an Orinda Historical Society holiday dinner featuring Ted Boyce, a popular, dedicated educator that served in Orinda and Contra Costa school districts from 1952 to 2009. He started as a teacher, then later was principal of Pine Grove Intermediate School, and dean of students. Mr. Boyce shares his experiences in the Orinda Schools during this holiday dinner at the Orinda Country Club. OHS president Sarge Littlehale presided over the event with Clark Wallace introducing Mr. Boyce. Peter Sheaff, Shirley Wheatlan, Bobbie Landers, Lucy Hupp Williams, and John Kirby make comments at the end of Mr. Boyce's presentation.
