Steam locomotive #106. Builder Southern Pacific Los Angeles shops, serial number 3, built June 1918, class C-10, wheels 2-8-0, weight 217800 lbs., weight on drivers 193700 lbs., boiler preasure 210 lbs., drivers 57", Cylinder bore and stroke 22" x 30", Tractive effort 45470 lbs.
Ex Southern Pacific #2844. Acquired March 12, 1931. Returned to Southern Pacific May 1941 and renumbered 2844. Returned to SD&AE August 1948
renumbered 106. As built it had 43300 lbs tractive force and 200 lbs boiler pressure. Sold to Purdy Co., Los Angeles for scrap October 7, 1958.Cataloged By
