[Obverse] six months from the date hereof he will cause and procure from the said Lewis Burwell a full ample and effectual reliase [sic] of all right claim or demand under the said mortgage, to the said Henry and to his heirs and assigns forever. In consideration of which premisses [sic] the said Henry covenants for himself and his heirs exors [executors]: and admons [administrators]: to and with the said Lee his heirs exors: & admons: that he will deliver to the said Lee or his order on demand certificates of the State of Georgia to the amount of a sum between two Thousand pounds and two Thousand one hundred pounds currency of Georgia of being the whole amount of the said Henrys share of certificates with Watkins & Co. which amount of two Thousand and add pounds Georgia certificates are of the same Kind with those lodged with the said Lee and in case the said certificates are any of them counterfeited the said Henry agrees to repair the damage sustained thereby by the said Lee and in further consideration of the premises the said [start underline] Henry binds himself his heirs to convey to the said Lee and to his heirs forever with a general warranty free from every incumberance the several lands following viz. four Thousand acres in the county of Norfolk held by two titles viz. the one with George Kelly the other with Wilson & others [end underline] four Thousand acres more on Great swamp waters of Little Pedee [Reverse] four thousand acres more of Ruffhorn some waters and lastly seven Thousand acres more on the Wacamaw [Waccamaw] River near the South Carolina line. The three last tracts are in North Carolina[.] The said Henry & his heirs are to be liable by the warranty to make good the present value of any of the lands aforesa [aforesaid] [edge missing] in case of eviction and not the future value. But for as much as part of the Carolina lands are granted in trust for the use of the said Henry and other part is not granted in trust is therefore agreed that a reasonable time according to the nature of the case be allowed to the said Henry for procuring titles to the said Lands to be consignd [sic] to the said Lee as aforesaid. Before the said Henry conveys any of his lands above mentioned to the said Lee a full and ample release from the said Lewis Burwell for all his right and claim under the mortgage of the Long Island estate to the said Henry in fee simple is to be procured by the said Lee.
