US Naval aviator's white flight helmet with an orange center stripe and a black cross. "CAP JIM" is stamped across the visor housing in black letters, and "CAIN' is stamped along the back of the helmet. The helmet still has the black radio cord attached.

James B. Cain was a World War II Navy Ace who served as the twenty-first captain of the USS Yorktown (CVS-10) from June 11, 1965 to May 7, 1966.
