The medal came in the original purple leather box with white silk and purple velvet linings.Use

Sgt. Marlow served aboard the USS Franklin (CV-13), but perished during the March 19th, 1945, attack against the aircraft carrier. The Purple Heart was awarded posthumously for his bravery and sacrifice.Collection
