Description
Pejepscot Canoe Club Float in the Parade on Bath Street, celebrating the 150th anniversary of Brunswick in 1889. One of the canoes was made from birch, and the other red cedar. The float was driven by B.L. Furbish and E. Merriman. The photograph was published in the Brunswick Telegraph.
The Delta, Bowdoin College's old playing field is in the background. The Delta was on the corner of Bath Road and Harpswell Street. Photo not dated.
