She has received special honors in softball, a Teen Queen Pageant trophy, pin and trophy in basketball. Snow Queen at the American Legion 1974-75. Varsity letter in track, majorette pins at St, John's and is an honor roll student. When asked why she joined the pageant she replied because I feel hat you can give others who work with you more of yourself so they and you may learn about each other. It gives you a chance to show your talent no matter how great or small it is. It gives you a chance that maybe no one else will give you.Collection
