The back of the photo reads "To keep pace with the thousands of records, medical reports and other administrative details made necessary by the complexities of the station's medical facilities, requires the accurate attention of the clerk-stenographers who maintain finger-tip control on the volumes of paper work crossing their desks. Under the supervision of Louis A. Dye, HMC Administrative Assistant, Miss Jean Young, Mrs. Constance Aldrich, and Mrs. Frank Sparks Jr. perform their yeoman duties in an adroit fashion."
