Parade Float, 150th Anniversary of Brunswick

Name/Title

Parade Float, 150th Anniversary of Brunswick

Entry/Object ID

1973.6.27

Description

A sepia toned photo of a portion of the 150th Brunswick Anniversary parade. The wagon bears a sign that is mostly illegible, but seems to have the word "Oklahoma" in it. The wagon seems to have a large barrel on it, which has been fashioned to serve as a coach. A large crowd has gathered on the edge of the road--a pram is pictured on the right. Behind the wagons is a large brick building pictured in other photos from this collection-see Related. Dated 06/13/1889.
